EASY AND ENJOYABLE
I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for your assistance with my purchase!
What could have potentially been difficult in buying a property where I am not in the area, you made it an easy and enjoyable process.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your team to anyone when it comes to buying and selling in Leeton!
Cannot find fault with anything. Already purchased two homes and sold one home through Glenn in the last twelve months.
Thank you. We had the privilege of working with Caroline and Glenn in the process of selling our father's home, they were very professional and worked extremely hard to make the sale a success for our family.
They facilitated and helped by providing valuable advice and information on every step of the way in achieving a sale.
We would like to thank you for your invaluable assistance in the sale of our father's home in Wade Avenue, Leeton. Your availability enhanced the speedy sale and we very much appreciate all of the time you invested, along with the patience and professional courtesy.
- BRIAN & PAM
My father admitted himself into a nursing home, and asked that we (family) arrange for the sale of his home to pay the government charges. We chose an agent on his behalf, Caroline from Glenn Preston Real Estate, and told her exactly what had to be done. Most importantly, the process was to be as seamless as possible, and was to cause as few problems as possible for dad.
The process was everything we could've hoped for. The unit was sold, furnished. Arrangements were made to sell, or dispose of items that could not reasonably be sold. The home was cleaned and was made ready for sale, all without needless worry for dad. Caroline also visited him in the home to keep him up to date, which he (and we) appreciated greatly. She explained things clearly, and gently
It was sold at a good price, and sold quickly.
We've no hesitation in recommending Caroline at Glenn Preston Real Estate.
